Our business is to develop the DOCBOX software. We also do the research on optimized data processing and we also do the QA (Qualitiy Assurance). With HTML designers, JAVA (some of them as freelancers), C++ and Assembler programmers we are permanently improving the software package. This means correcting mistakes as well as adding new functions or speeding-up the processing.

If necessary, we can also develop hardware modules, e.g. to improve the transfer from the MFP copier to the PC where the DOCBOX software is running. Here we could add encryption or touch screen terminals for destination selection.

Since the TIF formats are changing from time to time and the MFP copiers get faster and faster, optimization of our graphics library even down to introducing assembler code to get it faster is our main job. We also pre-process the TIF files before we hand-over the pixel informatation to the OCR engine (integrated third party product). The later already helped us to recognize text where the original OCR program did no more recognize it, e.g. by pre-separating characters or improving the grayscaling of color images.

Besides that, our sales is technically trained (or do programming by themselves) so they can immediately tell you, if your change requests can be realized and in which time.
